Biographie

Raoul Rugamba is the founder and CEO of Hobe Agency, a Rwandan based company, created in 2015, is a creative agency and an event production firm. Raoul did Computer Science in University, has an extensive experience of 8 years in technology applied to education where he worked with the University of Rwanda for 4 years, and university of Tulane in promoting the use of technology in learning and teaching. Raoul is also an experienced event producer with an experience of more than 10 years where he worked with companies based in Rwanda and other international event management firms, for local and continental based projects, concerts, festivals, conferences and meetings. In 2019, his company founded Africa in Colors project aiming at building an African creative industry ecosystem in collaboration with other creative agencies, that will shape, build the African creative industry space, by creating more jobs, and more wealth to countries and players in the creative industry. Hobe Agency is also partnering with various creative and innovative companies across the globe, in developing and producing African content, promote investments in the African creative industry space, promote African business collaborations, market exploration and expansion.Raoul’s dream is to see across Africa, creative cities, African environments that enables creativity and innovation.
